durvalumab + FLOT

Durvalumab + FLOT is a combination therapy for cancer that combines **durvalumab**, a monoclonal antibody immune checkpoint inhibitor targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), with the **FLOT regimen**, a four-drug chemotherapy protocol consisting of fluorouracil (5-FU), leucovorin, oxaliplatin, and docetaxel. Durvalumab exerts its effect by blocking PD-L1, enhancing T-cell-mediated antitumor immune responses.
