Overview

A combination therapy consisting of durvalumab, a PD-L1-targeting antibody, and ibrutinib, a Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor. This combination has been studied in clinical trials for relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), as well as solid tumors. The combination aims to leverage the immune checkpoint inhibition of durvalumab with the B-cell receptor signaling pathway disruption of ibrutinib.
