Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DV281 + nivolumab is a combination therapy consisting of DV281, a TLR9 agonist administered via inhalation, and nivolumab, a PD-1 inhibitor administered intravenously. DV281 is designed specifically for focused delivery to primary lung tumors and lung metastases. This combination aims to enhance immune response against cancer cells by combining localized innate immune stimulation (DV281) with checkpoint blockade (nivolumab). The combination was studied in a Phase Ib clinical trial for patients with advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
