EBV-specific T cells (Ciusss de L'Est de l'Île de Montréal) is an investigational adoptive cell therapy consisting of donor-derived T lymphocytes that have been expanded *ex vivo* to specifically recognize and eliminate cells expressing Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) antigens. Developed by the Ciusss de L'Est de l'Île de Montréal, this consolidative cellular immunotherapy is designed to treat EBV-associated malignancies, such as systemic EBV-positive lymphoma of childhood, and associated complications like hemophagocytic syndrome. The therapy is typically administered following allogeneic stem cell transplantation to provide immunological consolidation, leveraging the cytotoxic potential of the T cells to target residual EBV-infected B-cells while minimizing graft-versus-host disease.
