Overview

A combination of **edivoxetine**—a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (NRI) formerly developed for major depressive disorder and attention deficit disorders—and **clopidogrel**, an antiplatelet agent that inhibits platelet aggregation by irreversibly binding to the P2Y12 receptor on platelets. - **Edivoxetine** acts by selectively inhibiting norepinephrine reuptake in the central nervous system, thereby increasing synaptic concentrations of norepinephrine, which is implicated in improving symptoms of depression[2][5]. - **Clopidogrel** is a thienopyridine class antiplatelet drug used to reduce the risk of cardiovascular events by blocking the P2Y12 ADP receptor on platelets, preventing platelet aggregation[4]. - No officially approved or marketed fixed-dose combination of these two agents exists; this refers to the coadministration of both drugs.
