Overview

A combination therapy consisting of two biologic agents: efalizumab and infliximab. Efalizumab is a humanized monoclonal CD11a-antibody that was used for treating chronic plaque psoriasis. Infliximab is a TNF-α inhibitor (monoclonal antibody) used for treating various inflammatory conditions including Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and plaque psoriasis. This combination has been studied in the treatment of palmoplantar pustular psoriasis and other inflammatory conditions.
