**Efgartigimod PH20 SC + prednisone** is a combination therapy consisting of efgartigimod PH20 SC (a humanized IgG1 Fc fragment engineered to selectively block the neonatal Fc receptor and reduce circulating IgG autoantibodies) and oral prednisone (a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid immunosuppressant)[1][3][5].
