efineptakin alfa + ciltacabtagene autoleucel is a combination immunotherapy being investigated for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. This specific combination is currently being evaluated in a Phase Ib clinical trial led by the **Washington University School of Medicine** to assess safety and the potential to enhance the efficacy of standard BCMA-targeted CAR-T therapy in patients with multiple myeloma.
