elbasvir + grazoprevir + voxilaprevir

This is a hypothetical or non-standard combination of three direct-acting antiviral agents for hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Elbasvir is an NS5A inhibitor, grazoprevir is an NS3/4A protease inhibitor, and voxilaprevir is also an NS3/4A protease inhibitor. Each of these drugs targets different steps in the HCV replication cycle. Elbasvir and grazoprevir are co-formulated as Zepatier and approved for treatment of HCV genotypes 1 and 4[2][3][7]. Voxilaprevir, typically combined with sofosbuvir and velpatasvir as Vosevi (not with elbasvir or grazoprevir), is used to treat multiple HCV genotypes including those resistant to other therapies. There are no known approved products or clinical evidence supporting the use of all three agents—elbasvir, grazoprevir, and vox
