Elenagen + cyclophosphamide + fluorouracil + methotrexate is an investigational multi-agent regimen combining a novel DNA cancer vaccine (Elenagen) with the established chemotherapeutic protocol known as CMF. - **Elenagen** is a plasmid-based DNA vaccine encoding p62/SQSTM1. Conversely, Elenagen may modulate inflammation and restore or increase tumor sensitivity to cytotoxic drugs[1][2]. This approach has shown partial responses in heavily pretreated triple-negative breast cancer patients who were resistant to prior lines of therapy[1][7].
