Overview

Elranatamab (PF-06863135) is a humanized bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets both B cell maturation antigen (BCMA) on multiple myeloma cells and CD3 on T cells. By binding to these two targets, elranatamab brings T cells into close proximity with myeloma cells, enabling targeted T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity against the cancer. Dexamethasone is a synthetic corticosteroid used for its anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive properties, commonly included in multiple myeloma regimens to reduce inflammation and manage immune-related side effects. The combination of elranatamab and dexamethasone has been studied in clinical trials for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma[3][6][8]. Elranatamab is developed by Pfizer.
