Elranatamab + lenalidomide + dexamethasone is a combination regimen under clinical investigation for the treatment of multiple myeloma, particularly in patients who are newly diagnosed and ineligible for transplant. Elranatamab is a humanized bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets B cell maturation antigen (BCMA) on myeloma cells and CD3 on T cells, thereby redirecting T cells to kill malignant plasma cells.
