Overview
Elranatamab + maplirpacept is a **combination therapy** under clinical investigation for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. **Elranatamab** is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets B cell maturation antigen (BCMA) on malignant plasma cells and CD3 on T-cells, thereby redirecting T-cells to kill myeloma cells. **Maplirpacept** (PF-07901801) is a fusion protein that acts as a decoy receptor for CD47, aiming to block the CD47-SIRPα axis that enables tumor cells to evade macrophage-mediated phagocytosis.
