eltanexor + dexamethasone

Eltanexor + dexamethasone is a combination therapy of **eltanexor**, a selective inhibitor of nuclear export (SINE) compound targeting exportin 1 (XPO1), and **dexamethasone**, a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid.
