There is evidence from controlled studies in healthy subjects showing no clinically significant pharmacokinetic or pharmacodynamic interaction between empagliflozin and warfarin, with co-administration not affecting exposure or activity of either drug, and no requirement for dose adjustment when used together[1][2].
