Overview

Endostar + CHOPT is a combination therapy consisting of Endostar (recombinant human endostatin) and the CHOPT chemotherapy regimen. Endostar is a novel angiogenesis inhibitor derived from collagen XVIII that has shown antitumor activity with a favorable toxicological profile[5]. When combined with chemotherapy regimens like CHOPT, it appears to have clinical applications in treating various cancers, including T-cell lymphoma[1][3]. The CHOPT regimen likely refers to a modification of the standard CHOP (Cyclophosphamide, Hydroxydaunorubicin, Oncovin, and Prednisone) chemotherapy protocol, with the addition of another agent (possibly represented by the "T"). This combination has been specifically studied for T-cell lymphoma treatment, including angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL)[1][4]. Studies have shown moderate efficacy and a well-tolerated toxicity profile[5].
