Overview

A combination therapy consisting of endostatin (recombinant human endostatin, also known as Endostar) and envafolimab. Endostatin is an anti-angiogenic agent that inhibits tumor blood vessel formation by targeting endothelial cells. Envafolimab is a monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1 (programmed death-ligand 1), functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. This combination is being investigated for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and other solid tumors, particularly in patients who may not tolerate standard chemotherapy or have low PD-L1 expression[2][5]. The regimen has shown efficacy in inducing tumor regression and achieving durable responses with a favorable safety profile in clinical case reports[2].
