Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of endostatin (an angiogenesis inhibitor) and three PD-1 inhibitors (pembrolizumab, sintilimab, and toripalimab). Endostatin blocks abnormal angiogenesis in tumor cells, while PD-1 inhibitors prevent cancer cells from suppressing the immune system by blocking the interaction between PD-1 and its ligands (PD-L1 and PD-L2), allowing T cells to recognize and attack cancer cells.
