Enoxaparin + hydroxychloroquine is a combination of two pharmaceutical agents used together, primarily studied in the context of COVID-19 treatment. Enoxaparin is a low molecular weight heparin that acts as an anticoagulant by inhibiting factor Xa and IIa (thrombin), thereby reducing blood clot formation.
