**EO2401 + nivolumab + bevacizumab** is a combination investigational therapy for recurrent or progressive glioblastoma and other solid tumors. EO2401 is a multipeptide cancer vaccine derived from microbial peptides exhibiting molecular mimicry to tumor-associated antigens (IL13Rα2, BIRC5, FOXM1), designed to activate and expand memory T cells that cross-react with tumor antigens[3][5][7]. Nivolumab is a monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-1 (PD-1), a checkpoint inhibitor that enhances T-cell mediated immune response against cancer cells[3]. Bevacizumab is a monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), inhibiting angiogenesis in tumors[3]. In clinical trials, the combination has been assessed for safety, immunogenicity, and preliminary efficacy. EO2401, with nivolumab and bevacizumab, has shown to be well-tolerated, inducing durable and specific immune responses, with manageable adverse events and preliminary signs of efficacy, especially in progressive glioblastoma[3][7].
