Overview

**EOS301984 + anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody** is an investigational combination therapy being studied for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. EOS301984 is an experimental agent whose mechanistic details are not yet fully disclosed, but it is assessed both as monotherapy and in combination with anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibodies in Phase I studies. Anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibodies block the PD-1 (programmed cell death protein 1) receptor on T cells, thereby inhibiting immune checkpoint signaling and enhancing antitumor immune responses. The combination is intended to explore synergistic antitumor effects and overcome resistance to immunotherapy. This combination is currently under first-in-human evaluation for its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary efficacy in adult patients with advanced solid tumors[1][4].
