EP-2101 + incomplete freund's adjuvant

EP-2101 + incomplete freund's adjuvant is a combination of a neo-epitope-based cancer vaccine (EP-2101, also known as OSE-2101 or Tedopi) and incomplete Freund’s adjuvant. EP-2101 consists of 10 optimized neo-epitopes derived from five tumor-associated antigens, designed to stimulate a specific cytotoxic T-cell response against various cancer cell types. Incomplete Freund’s adjuvant (IFA) is a water-in-oil emulsion of paraffin oil and mannide monooleate, serving as an immunologic adjuvant to prolong antigen exposure and enhance the immune response, particularly a Th2-biased antibody response. This combination aims to improve anti-tumor immunity by enhancing T-cell and antibody-mediated responses. EP-2101 is being developed primarily for non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, and ovarian cancer, and is administered subcutaneously with IFA as the adjuvant[1][5][9][4].
