Epirubicin + cyclophosphamide + fluorouracil + paclitaxel (often abbreviated as FEC-P or FEC-T) is a multi-agent cytotoxic chemotherapy regimen primarily employed in the neoadjuvant (pre-surgical) setting for breast cancer, particularly HER2-negative cases.
