ERAS-601 + cetuximab

ERAS-601 + cetuximab is a combination therapy for advanced or metastatic solid tumors, currently in clinical trials for chordoma and other cancers. ERAS-601 is a potent, selective, and orally bioavailable small molecule allosteric inhibitor of SHP2—a non-receptor protein tyrosine phosphatase encoded by PTPN11—disrupting receptor tyrosine kinase signaling to the RAS/MAPK pathway[2][4][1]. Cetuximab is a monoclonal antibody targeting epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), blocking its activity and thereby inhibiting cell proliferation and survival signals in tumors[1][4].
