A combination therapy consisting of erlotinib, an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor, and hydroxychloroquine, an anti-autophagy agent. This combination has been studied primarily in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly those with EGFR mutations who previously benefited from EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy.
