Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Combination therapy of telisotuzumab vedotin (Teliso-V), an antibody-drug conjugate targeting c-Met, with erlotinib, an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor. This combination is designed to target both c-Met protein expression and EGFR mutations in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Telisotuzumab vedotin consists of a humanized monoclonal antibody against c-Met linked to monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE), a microtubule inhibitor, via a cleavable valine-citrulline peptide linker.
