Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ERP + rFN Topical Gel is a preclinical combination therapeutic developed by Mononuclear Therapeutics (MonoTx) for wound healing and dermatology. It consists of umbilical cord blood-derived exosome-rich plasma (ERP) and recombinant fibronectin (rFN) formulated as a topical gel. The therapy is designed to promote tissue regeneration and accelerate wound healing by delivering exosome-associated growth factors, cytokines, and extracellular matrix proteins. It is being investigated for the treatment of chronic wounds (such as diabetic ulcers and pressure sores), surgical incisions, burns, and scar management.
