This is a three-drug combination regimen under clinical investigation for the treatment of advanced or metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma. - **ERY974** is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets glypican-3 (GPC3) on tumor cells and CD3 on T cells, acting as a T-cell engager to redirect T-cell cytotoxicity towards GPC3-expressing cancer cells. - **Atezolizumab** is a monoclonal antibody immune checkpoint inhibitor targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), blocking its interaction with PD-1 and B7.1 receptors to enable immune-mediated tumor cell destruction. - **Bevacizumab** is a monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), inhibiting angiogenesis within tumors. The combination is evaluated for enhanced anti-tumor efficacy and manageable safety in patients with locally advanced/metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma; it is currently in early phase clinical studies[3]. ERY974 is developed by Chugai (a member of the Roche Group); atezolizumab and bevacizumab are developed by Roche/Genentech.
