Etentamig + daratumumab + dexamethasone is an investigational combination regimen being studied for the treatment of relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (R/R MM). - **Etentamig** is a bispecific antibody that targets both B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) on multiple myeloma cells and CD3 on T-cells, inducing T-cell mediated cytotoxicity against myeloma cells. It is based on UniRat and OmniFlic antibody technology and in clinical trials is administered intravenously or subcutaneously. - **Daratumumab** is a monoclonal antibody targeting CD38, leading to direct tumor cell lysis via multiple immune-mediated mechanisms including antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC), and apoptosis. - **Dexamethasone** is a synthetic glucocorticoid with anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects, commonly used in combination regimens for multiple myeloma to reduce inflammation and promote apoptosis in malignant cells. This combination is under clinical evaluation in phase III trials for multiple myeloma and aims to enhance anti-myeloma efficacy through multi-targeted immunotherapy and cytotoxic effects[1][3][5][7].
