This is a combination regimen consisting of five drugs: etoposide, methylprednisolone, cytarabine, cisplatin, and imatinib. Etoposide, cytarabine, and cisplatin are chemotherapeutic agents that act by interfering with DNA synthesis or function in rapidly dividing cells.
