Overview

This is an engineered T-cell therapy currently in development for the treatment of multiple myeloma. Developed by Eureka Therapeutics in collaboration with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Juno Therapeutics (a subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb), the therapy utilizes Eureka's proprietary ARTEMIS and E-ALPHA platforms to target an undisclosed multiple myeloma antigen. This program originated from a 2016 licensing agreement that also included BCMA and GPRC5D-targeting therapies. The therapy employs fully-human binding domains to redirect T-cells against malignant plasma cells.
