EV-Pure + WJ-Pure

EV-Pure + WJ-Pure is a combination biological therapy developed by Vitti Labs, an AATB-accredited tissue bank. The therapy consists of two components: EV-Pure (VL-PX10), an allogenic exosomal product derived from umbilical cord tissue mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), and WJ-Pure (VL-P22), a minimally manipulated Wharton's Jelly product. EV-Pure contains nanoparticles rich in growth factors, cytokines, and nucleic acids, while WJ-Pure provides a scaffold of MSCs, proteins, and additional signaling molecules. The combination is administered via intravenous infusion and is primarily being investigated in Phase 2 clinical trials for the treatment of COVID-19-induced pulmonary fibrosis and moderate to severe Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS). It aims to alleviate respiratory distress and improve exercise tolerance by leveraging the regenerative and immunomodulatory properties of its components. Additionally, EV-Pure has received FDA IND approval for the treatment of primary ovarian insufficiency.
