Evogliptin + dapagliflozin is a fixed-dose combination of two oral antidiabetic agents used for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Evogliptin is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor that increases incretin levels, thereby enhancing insulin secretion and suppressing glucagon release in a glucose-dependent manner. Dapagliflozin is a sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor that lowers blood glucose by promoting urinary glucose excretion through inhibition of renal glucose reabsorption.
