Overview
Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) developed by the Army Medical University is an investigational live biotherapeutic product formulated into oral capsules. It is being studied for the treatment of chronic insomnia in a randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial. The therapy aims to improve sleep by modulating the patient's gut microbiome.
