Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT), sintilimab, and fruquintinib. FMT involves transferring fecal bacteria from a healthy donor to a recipient to restore gut microbiota balance. Fruquintinib is a highly selective oral tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting VEGFR-1, -2, and -3, inhibiting angiogenesis and tumor growth. Sintilimab is a PD-1 inhibitor. This specific combination may be investigated for potential synergistic effects in treating colorectal cancer or other gastrointestinal malignancies.
