feladilimab + dostarlimab

Feladilimab + dostarlimab is a **combination therapy** consisting of two monoclonal antibodies: feladilimab, an agonistic anti-ICOS (Inducible T-cell Co-Stimulator) antibody, and dostarlimab, an anti-PD-1 (Programmed Cell Death Protein 1) antibody. Dostarlimab blocks PD-1 to prevent PD-L1/PD-L2 ligation, thereby releasing T-cells from immune checkpoint inhibition to restore antitumor immune responses[1][2][4][6]. Feladilimab, in contrast, stimulates the ICOS pathway to enhance T-cell activation and proliferation.
