Overview

Feladilimab + GSK3174998 is an investigational combination of two humanized monoclonal antibodies developed for cancer immunotherapy. Feladilimab (GSK3359609) is an agonist monoclonal antibody targeting the Inducible T Cell Costimulator (ICOS) receptor, aiming to enhance T-cell activation and antitumor immune response. GSK3174998 is an agonist monoclonal antibody targeting OX40 (CD134), a co-stimulatory receptor on T-cells, and is also intended to promote T-cell proliferation and survival. The combination has been developed and evaluated by GSK as part of phase 1 clinical studies for patients with advanced or recurrent solid tumors, with the rationale that dual co-stimulatory pathway activation may synergistically amplify anti-tumor immunity. Data available indicate that the combination is administered intravenously and is in early-phase clinical development, with primary focus on safety, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary efficacy in oncology[1][2][4][5][6][7].
