Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FH-006 + SHR-1316 + BP102 is an investigational combination regimen developed by Jiangsu HengRui Medicine for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The regimen consists of FH-006, a novel investigational agent; SHR-1316 (adebrelimab), a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1); and BP102, a bevacizumab biosimilar targeting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). This triplet combination is designed to enhance anti-tumor activity by simultaneously restoring T-cell mediated immune responses and inhibiting tumor-induced angiogenesis. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase II clinical trial (NCT07241767) to assess its safety, tolerability, and efficacy, both as a standalone triplet and in combination with platinum-based chemotherapy (cisplatin or carboplatin) in patients with advanced lung cancer.
