Overview

FH-006 + adebrelimab + SHR-8068 is an investigational combination immunotherapy regimen developed by Jiangsu HengRui Medicine Co., Ltd. for the treatment of advanced malignancies, including lung cancer. The combination consists of three distinct agents: FH-006, a recombinant humanized IL-15/IL-15Rα-Fc fusion protein that acts as an interleukin-15 (IL-15) receptor agonist to stimulate the proliferation and activation of natural killer (NK) cells and CD8+ T cells; adebrelimab (SHR-1316), a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1); and SHR-8068, a monoclonal antibody targeting cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4). By combining a cytokine-based immune stimulator with dual checkpoint inhibition, the regimen aims to overcome tumor-mediated immunosuppression and achieve synergistic anti-tumor activity. It is currently being evaluated in Phase II clinical trials.
