Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**fH1 + DSP-0546LP** is a combination investigational universal influenza vaccine candidate composed of two components: - **fH1**: a post-fusion hemagglutinin antigen engineered to expose highly conserved regions of influenza hemagglutinin, aiming for broad immunogenicity across influenza virus strains. - **DSP-0546LP**: a proprietary lipid-formulated small molecule agonist of Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7), acting as a vaccine adjuvant to enhance the quantity, quality, and durability of the immune response, with strong Th1 polarization and increased antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) against diverse influenza strains. Developed to provide broader and more durable protection compared to conventional seasonal influenza vaccines, fH1 + DSP-0546LP is undergoing phase 1 clinical trials in healthy adults for both safety and immunogenicity.
