Overview

A combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of filgrastim (G-CSF), trastuzumab, and vinorelbine. This regimen is primarily used for HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer. Trastuzumab targets HER2-overexpressing cancer cells, vinorelbine prevents cancer cell division by inhibiting microtubules, and filgrastim supports immune system recovery by stimulating white blood cell production, allowing for higher chemotherapy dose intensity.
