Finotonlimab + Anbeizhu is a combination drug regimen consisting of **finotonlimab**, a recombinant humanized anti-programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1) monoclonal antibody, and **Anbeizhu**, a biosimilar of bevacizumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Finotonlimab blocks the inhibitory PD-1 immune checkpoint pathway, thereby enhancing T-cell mediated anti-tumor responses. Anbeizhu (bevacizumab biosimilar) inhibits angiogenesis by binding to VEGF-A, preventing its interaction with VEGF receptors on the surface of endothelial cells, thus disrupting tumor blood vessel formation. This combination is being investigated as a perioperative targeted immunotherapy for patients with resectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with high risk of recurrence, and is part of clinical trials comparing its efficacy to standard-of-care, particularly in improving disease-free and overall survival rates in these patients. The combination brings together immune checkpoint inhibition and anti-angiogenic mechanisms for potentially synergistic anti-tumor activity[1][3][7].
