Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Firmonertinib + anlotinib + chemotherapy is an investigational combination regimen being evaluated as neoadjuvant therapy for resectable, EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The regimen consists of firmonertinib (brand name Ivesa; formerly furmonertinib), an oral, third-generation, small-molecule EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI); anlotinib, a small-molecule, multi-target TKI that inhibits VEGFR, PDGFR, FGFR, and c-Kit; and platinum-based doublet chemotherapy (such as carboplatin or cisplatin combined with pemetrexed). This combination is being studied in a prospective, multicenter, single-arm, Phase II exploratory clinical trial sponsored by Hubei Cancer Hospital to assess its efficacy and safety in patients with resectable EGFR-mutant NSCLC in the neoadjuvant setting.
