Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FL-091 is a preclinical **radionuclide drug conjugate (RDC)** developed by **Full Life Technologies**. It is designed to target **B7-H3** (also known as **CD276**), an immune checkpoint protein that is significantly overexpressed in various aggressive cancers, including **small cell lung cancer (SCLC)** and **colorectal cancer (CRC)**, while maintaining low expression in healthy tissues. FL-091 consists of a high-affinity targeting moiety conjugated to the potent alpha-emitting radioisotope **Actinium-225 (225Ac)**. Upon binding to B7-H3 on the surface of tumor cells, the conjugate is internalized, allowing the alpha radiation to induce complex double-strand DNA breaks, leading to cell death. This targeted alpha therapy (TAT) approach aims to provide high therapeutic efficacy with minimal off-target toxicity.
