Drug intelligence / Profile preview
FL115 + sintilimab is an investigational combination therapy consisting of FL115, a novel small molecule anticancer agent, and sintilimab, an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody. The combination is administered via intravenous infusion. FL115’s mechanism has not been fully disclosed publicly, but it is studied for synergistic effects with checkpoint blockade. Sintilimab is a human IgG4 monoclonal antibody that binds to the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) on T cells, blocking interaction with its ligands, resulting in reactivation of T-cell mediated anti-tumor immunity. The combination is under clinical investigation for treatment of advanced solid tumors, aiming to enhance cancer cell killing through immune activation and direct tumor targeting[1].
