Flexical is a multi-ingredient dietary supplement developed by Eldon Nutrition (under Eldon Healthcare) specifically formulated to support bone mineral density and skeletal health. The product utilizes a synergistic 4-in-1 combination of 600 mg elemental calcium (derived from eggshells), 800 IU of Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), 60 mcg of Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7), and 150 mg of magnesium. Its mechanism of action involves Vitamin D3-mediated enhancement of intestinal calcium absorption via the Vitamin D receptor (VDR), and Vitamin K2-dependent activation of Vitamin K-dependent gamma-carboxylase (GGCX), which is essential for the carboxylation of osteocalcin to facilitate calcium deposition into the bone matrix.
