Overview
Fludarabine + treosulfan is a combination drug regimen used as a preparative conditioning treatment before allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (alloHSCT) in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
