Clinical trials have demonstrated improved outcomes, such as disease-free survival, compared to some other regimens, like FEC alone. Common side effects include febrile neutropenia, peripheral neuropathy, nausea, vomiting, and alopecia. The specific toxicity profile can vary depending on the sequence of administration.
