Fluticasone furoate + levocabastine is a **fixed-dose combination** intranasal spray containing fluticasone furoate, a synthetic corticosteroid with potent local anti-inflammatory effects, and levocabastine, a highly selective second-generation **H1 receptor antagonist (antihistamine)**. This combination is intended primarily for the treatment of **allergic rhinitis** and possibly other allergic nasal/ocular symptoms.
