Overview

**Forimtamig + carfilzomib** is an investigational combination regimen under clinical development for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. Forimtamig is a T-cell bispecific antibody designed to engage T-cells with myeloma cells by binding to target proteins on both cell types, thereby promoting immune-mediated destruction of myeloma cells. Carfilzomib is a small molecule proteasome inhibitor that selectively and irreversibly inhibits the 20S proteasome, resulting in the accumulation of proteasome substrates, growth arrest, and apoptosis of tumor cells. This combination aims to exploit the synergistic effects of immune cell redirection with direct myeloma cell cytotoxicity. Forimtamig and its combinations are currently in early-phase clinical investigation with the goal of improving clinical outcomes in patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma[4][2].
